LFP Battery Technology

At the heart of every DOGUARDS motorcycle lies our advanced Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery pack. Unlike conventional NMC (Nickel Manganese Cobalt) or ternary lithium batteries commonly used in consumer electronics and many EVs, LFP chemistry offers superior thermal stability, dramatically reducing the risk of thermal runaway. This inherent safety advantage makes LFP the ideal choice for electric motorcycles where battery pack integrity is paramount.

Our 72V 40Ah LFP pack delivers a robust combination of range, power, and reliability. Designed as a removable battery, it can be charged conveniently at home, at the office, or at any standard power outlet — no need for a dedicated charging station. Every pack is tested rigorously and certified to UN38.3 (the United Nations standard for transportation safety of lithium batteries), ensuring safe shipping, handling, and operation worldwide. With a cycle life exceeding 3,000 charge cycles, the LFP pack outlasts traditional battery chemistries by a wide margin, delivering years of dependable service.

Combined Braking System

Our Combined Braking System (CBS) is engineered to deliver confident, predictable stopping power in all riding conditions. When the rider applies the rear brake lever, the system automatically distributes an optimized portion of braking force to the front wheel as well — creating a balanced braking effect that significantly reduces stopping distance.

This intelligent force distribution helps prevent skidding and loss of control, especially in emergency braking scenarios or low-traction conditions. Riders of all skill levels benefit from the added stability and shorter stopping distances provided by CBS. Full LED Lighting System

Every DOGUARDS motorcycle is equipped with a complete LED lighting system — from the headlight and taillight to turn signals and position lights. LEDs consume up to 80% less energy than traditional halogen bulbs, reducing the overall electrical load on the battery and extending your riding range.

More importantly, LED lighting delivers superior visibility. The crisp, white light output provides better illumination of the road ahead while making the motorcycle more conspicuous to other traffic — a critical safety advantage, especially during nighttime or low-visibility riding.
