LFP cells sorted by internal resistance and matched into packs. Automated welding, BMS integration, and comprehensive functional testing including capacity verification.
Final Assembly
Multi-station assembly line with torque-controlled fastening, fluid filling, electrical system testing, and software calibration. Each unit tracked by serial number.
Quality Control
Every motorcycle undergoes road simulation testing, brake performance check, lighting verification, and water ingress test. Random sampling for full certification compliance audit.
