Design & Specification

Prototype & Approval
We produce a pre-production sample matching your specifications. Photos, video walkaround, and physical sample shipped for your approval before mass production.
Certification Support
All OEM units carry the same UN ECE certification as our branded models. We provide COC documents, test reports, and any additional regional certification support needed.
Production & QC
Mass production with in-line quality inspection at every stage. Final pre-shipment inspection by our QC team. Photos and video of your finished units before shipping.
Shipping & Logistics
Container consolidation, FOB or CIF shipping terms. Full export documentation: Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and Insurance.

Minimum Order Quantity
MOQ is 10 units for OEM orders (mixed models accepted). First-time partners may start with a sample order of 1-2 units for market testing before committing to full production.
Deposit & Payment Terms
50% deposit with order confirmation. 50% balance before shipment. T/T wire transfer. LC negotiable for large volume orders (200+ units).
Lead Time
15-20 working days for standard production after sample approval. Custom color/graphic orders add 3-5 working days for paint and decal production.
Sample Policy
Pre-production sample provided for approval. Sample cost invoiced separately and refundable upon bulk order placement. Shipping cost borne by client.
